Cancellations

Life doesn't always go to plan — I get it, and I'm flexible where I can be.

My time is set aside entirely for you though, so I ask that cancellations be made as early as possible.

  • 48+ hours notice — No charge. Your deposit stays safe for next time.

  • Within 48 hours — 20% fee applies.

  • Within 24 hours — 50% fee applies.

Confirming your appointment means you've read and accepted these terms. Thank you for respecting my work.

If it becomes habitual that your schedule means we are cancelling/rearranging dates repeatedly and pushing deposits down the line, it will mean that the deposit becomes non-transferable at a point.
